#19 – Egg tarts for China!

It’s Pi-day. BUT instead of making pies, I’m making tarts – specifically, egg tarts! This is for our fundraiser that is going on tomorrow at our church. A group of us are going to China this summer to help out with an orphanage that cares for those who have various disabilities. They are truly theΒ  abandoned and forgotten ones.Β  Click here for details. So in addition to many tasty (Chinese) treats tomorrow, we’re making egg tarts to raise money for our trip.
